- The kingdom of God is within me. Yes. But more important, I am in the Kingdom of God. The Spirit of God is within me, but more important, I am in the Spirit of God. The Love of God is within me, but more important, I am in the Love of God. All there is is God. I can be nowhere else. I cannot be separate from God. There is nowhere else. There is no place else. - As the density changed, becoming lighter and finer, I felt that I was being lifted to another level of awareness – and then I found myself in surroundings that appeared to be more substantial – Maggi was there. My beautiful dog, my beloved springer, came to me. She had died less than a month before, and John and I still ached from her absence. - I know that I have never felt such peace – a peace beyond calm, beyond words. It is indescribable ecstasy, quiet joy, liquid love; a feeling of incredible ease, the pure pleasure of being with no concern for doing – being one with all that is, suspended and supported in a sea of love. Merging with the energy of all that is came the feeling of completeness – and an utter contentment in being complete – a moving into myself and knowing the fullness of me. - Yes, we do take our consciousness with us when we die, and until it changes, we will continue to see a mirror of what we believe. - A sweetness, an essence so pure, filled me, was me. This is what God is, all is, I am. With purity of heart I saw God and knew there is nothing else. I felt myself merging with, and ascending into, that crystalline brilliance. I touched true Joy, and I was lifted into the fullness of Being – the Essence of Life. In this glory I was free, and I beheld the Love that knows no conditions – the self-givingness of the Lifeforce we call God, ever nurturing and sustaining itself. All outlines disappeared, and there was no separation. Maintaining individual awareness, I was one with the Whole.
- When it comes to manifesting Heaven on Earth, here are the main takeaways I have gleaned from NDEs: 1 – Heaven is a frequency. 2 – In order to be in Heaven, we need to learn to vibrate at the same frequency as Heaven. 3 – The primary vibration of Heaven is love; therefore, the more loving we become, the more heavenly states of consciousness we are able to experience and manifest. 4 – It is by learning to be a loving person IN THIS WORLD that we gain the ability to live in a heavenly state of consciousness PERMANENTLY. Simply dipping in and out of heavenly states of consciousness gives us a taste of Heaven, but doesn’t allow us to permanently stay in those states. This appears to be one of the main reasons we keep getting sent back to this world. We can’t stay in higher states of consciousness until we have developed a consciousness that vibrates, all the time, at higher frequencies. Our souls are here, in this world, to learn how to do that. 5 – All of this is why learning to love everyone, and everything, is so important. Practicing love helps us establish a heavenly vibration which, in turn, can be a source of healing to ourselves, others, and the world at large.
- Over the archway through which we entered the structure, I saw the words TEMPLE OF KNOWLEDGE and felt a gentle power drawing me into itself. There were pillars of varying heights, becoming higher and higher toward the center. Aware of the light and openness, I noticed there was no roof on the building. The outer perimeter reminded me of a veranda, and I saw small groups of people engaged in discussion. I passed one lively group, and when I overheard the conversation, I realized it was a gathering of writers sharing ideas. I wasn’t surprised that I was drawn to this particular group, as it reminded me of the many exhilarating discussions that John and I have had over the years. I heard one woman say, “This is what I’ve been working on” — and with great animation she described her current writing project. Others in the group seemed to catch her excitement, and each, in his or her turn, began to offer ideas on how to enhance the subject. Listening closely, I learned that the information shared in these groups was somehow “broadcast” into the denser plane of Earth as seed ideas to be picked up by interested parties. This explained why writers in different parts of the world sometimes get the same idea for a book. This principle would also apply to the creation of inventions, scientific discoveries, new understanding of the great philosophies, and other advances. Those who have a strong interest in any particular discipline continue to expand their comprehension of the subject, though out of the physical body, thus doing a service for those incarnate.

- How did I gain from not remembering my earthly self? It allowed me to go deep into realms beyond the worldly without having to worry about what I was leaving behind. Throughout my entire time in those worlds, I was a soul with nothing to lose. No places to miss, no people to mourn. I had come from nowhere and had no history, so I fully accepted my circumstances—even the initial murk and mess of the Realm of the Earthworm’s-Eye View—with equanimity.

The important thing to remember is when you know and fully know that you are a divine eternal spiritual being directly connected to that all powerful creative Deity you have nothing to fear.
- To say that there is still a chasm between our current scientific understanding of the universe and the truth as I saw it is a considerable understatement. I still love physics and cosmology, still love studying our vast and wonderful universe. Only I now have a greatly enlarged conception of what vast and wonderful really mean. The physical side of the universe is as a speck of dust compared to the invisible and spiritual part. In my past view, spiritual wasn’t a word that I would have employed during a scientific conversation. Now I believe it is a word that we cannot afford to leave out.
- When I entered that core realm, I was told, not in words but in pure conceptual flow, we will teach you many things, you are not here to stay; you will be going back. The three of us, this infinite all powerful creating source, and that orb of light, and my conscious awareness, this is consciousness far beyond Eben Alexander, this is the consciousness we all share, far deeper, far more profound, a direct link to the divine which is in each and everyone of us, and you don’t have to have a near-death experience to come to know this. Deep meditation and prayer can take your consciousness to know a deeper truth.
- So I was communicating directly with God? Absolutely. Expressed that way, it sounds grandiose. But when it was happening, it didn’t feel that way. Instead, I felt like I was doing what every soul is able to do when they leave their bodies, and what we can all do right now through various methods of prayer or deep meditation.
