God is mind beyond all scale of comprehension
- God is a mind arising in the infinite consciousness that is the Godhead, collapsing as a finite mind in order to know finite experience.
- The mind of God is a unified experience field.
- The mind of God is not dependent on brain or body.
- The brain represents a localisation in consciousness and filters out conscious experience like a whirlpool in a stream.
.
God’s mind is the source of all including all matter and energy
- All exists in the mind of God. The universe is mental, made of God’s mind-stuff, made of the very substance of God, nothing arising from nothing.
- The universe is the sum of God’s thoughts; thoughts of diversity and multiplicity, duality and polarity, apparent limitation, the laws of nature, thoughts of each of us. All these are ideas in the mind of God.
- The belief that the world is God’s mind-stuff is called idealism.
.
The mind of God is the ultimate reality
- The mind of God is all there is. Ultimately, there is only one mind.
- The mind of God has always existed and is the uncaused cause of all.
- The mind of God is the ground of all being and existence.
.
The mind of God dreams and imagines the world
- The world is the mind of God dreaming and imagining. God is imaging All, including being you and me, and including the history of all mankind.
- Why would the mind of God imagine a world? Imagine you are the mind of God. Wouldn’t you imagine worlds to experience in countless different ways through countless different perspectives? The world is the mind of God imagining countless experiences through the unique reference points of countless individual minds.
- The word is the mind of God making sense of the question “Who and what am I?”
- The world is God’s work of art, a kind of fully immersive motion picture in God’s mind.
.
Proof of the mind of God
- Science, especially modern physics, points to the existence of a universal mind.
- The mind of God, some say, is visible in nature and is also evident in paranormal phenomena like remote viewing and premonition.
- God’s mind, some say, is evident in the existence of synchronicity.
.
The mind of God is pure potentiality actualising worthwhile universes to experience
- The mind of God contains infinite possibility and potentiality for it can imagine anything. The mind of God contains the potential for every possible experience.
- The mind of God chooses to actualise universes from an infinite number of potential universes; universes that provide the most worthwhile experiences.
- The very purpose of the divine mind, and all minds within it, is to experience experience.
.
What is the nature of the mind of God? The mind of God…
- Combines being and knowing.
- Is infinitely creative.
- Is pure freedom.
- Is independent of all.
- Is pure formlessness creating imagined worlds of form.
- Has perfect memory. No experience is ever forgotten.
- Controls all.
- Contains purpose, intention and will.
- Is pure goodness.
- Is pure perfection.
- Is omnipresent and all-pervading.
- Is omniscient, containing all knowledge and wisdom and all streams of experience as a unified whole.
- Is omnipotent.
- Is beyond time yet creates and perceives the appearance of time. In reality, the timeless mind of God creates all at once.
- Is pure bliss and pure peace in its depths.
- Is pure originality.
- Is eternal and unchanging.
- Is the source of all intelligence, truth and understanding.
- Is the source of universal cosmic intelligence, a benevolent intelligence that is visible in all of creation, visible in the laws of the universe, visible in all life forms and visible in the intelligence of our own minds.
- Is the source of all order, truth and understanding.
.
At the root of God’s mind is consciousness (The Godhead)
- At the root of God’s mind is universal consciousness or pure awareness. This is pure intelligence and pure Being. This consciousness is timeless and non-local, independent of the brain, and, by nature, self-aware.
- Many minds arise from the one awareness, including potentially many divine minds.
- The awareness of God (the Godhead) creates and contains the world of experiencing and is what knows it.
- All minds consist of perceptions (thoughts, emotions, sensations etc.), made by and of consciousness (God’s mind-stuff), and arising in consciousness (God’s knowing.)
- Consciousness is the Godhead being while mind is God experiencing; the unmanifested and the manifested in perfect equilibrium.
- The Godhead is prior to experience and is at the root of existence, creation and experience. The Godhead is at the root of all minds, including any minds considered divine.
.
Knowing the mind of God
- We crave to know the mind of God, yet some say it is ultimately beyond our comprehension.
- Spirituality, religion, art and science is an attempt to know the mind of God. Science tries to understand the divine mind by determining the laws of nature.
- The mind of God, if it exists, explains much about the mystery of existence and creation including how everything could have come from an apparent nothingness.
.
Our minds in relation to God’s mind
- All mind arise within one awareness; the awareness that is the Godhead. Consciousness is the common jewel at the root of all minds.
- All minds partake of God’s mind. The individual mind borrows from the divine mind for a time. Individual minds exist in the divine mind as centres of activity.
- All minds are like cells in God’s mind, apparently separate with apparent independent agency but in reality, not separate at all. The experiences of all minds arise within one unified field of knowing.
- Our minds are filtered from the mind of God. The brain represents a whirlpool in the stream of mind that filters our experiences in and all other experiences out.
- All minds are connected to the divine mind and all minds are part of the divine mind. The field of knowing at the root of our mind and God’s mind is the same knowing. The thoughts of our minds are thoughts of the universal mind.
- The individual mind and God’s mind are the same, differing only in degree. Our minds are like drops in the ocean compared to the universal mind. God’s mind is infinitely greater than our own with access to higher thoughts and immeasurably greater spiritual power. However, we can use our minds to understand a semblance of the universal mind.
- Individual minds are limited with a filtered field of experience. Each mind has access to only part of the entire field of knowing. However, at times the border (field of knowing) between minds can partly disappear giving rise to phenomena like remote viewing.
- The individual mind shares in the collective mind of humanity. Much is below the surface of consciousness of our minds, yet all is known by the divine mind.
- Our mind can be said to be a mirror reflection of the divine mind and in this respect, you could say we are made in the image of God; the divine mind. The human mind is a microcosm of the macrocosm that is God’s mind. Both consist of perceptions arising in awareness, differing only in scale and access to spiritual power.
- The hologram is a metaphor that helps illustrate the relationship between individual minds and the One Mind.
- The ultimate reality is there is only one mind. Our minds are ultimately one with God’s mind. We are all united as one mind. There is only One of us here. As minds, we are therefore essentially one with God, thus containing immense potential and possibility.
.
The implications of God being universal mind
- Mind is primary, giving rise to the universe. God’s mind contains countless worlds, including our own. We all exist in the mind of God.
- We are all expressions of God’s mind. God’s mind is the essence of what we are. There is nothing which is not God. All is God’s mind stuff, including us.
- The mind of God consciously intends us, giving rise to all and sustaining all. We are created anew each moment in God’s mind.
- We all have a role to play as part of God’s mind. We are all an irreplaceable and essential part of God’s mind.
- The world is ephemeral and yet, contained within God’s mind, we are all safe with no reason to fear. All that exists within God’s mind is indestructible.
- We are surrounded by universal intelligence.
- All thoughts, including ours, contain great creative power.
.
We can connect to the universal mind at any time
- We can connect to and plug into the universal mind. We can also expand our mind to encompass the universal mind.
- We can connect to the divine mind through dreams, raising our level of consciousness, mental calmness and peace, meditation, mental stillness and quiet, Yoga, gratitude, deepening our awareness, prayer and near-death experiences.
