God is life in action

• The very essence of life and the primal source of life.
• The living spark that animates us all. .
• The power of life calling us to live.
• The life force in everything.
• The very essence of nature.
• The Universal One Life underneath all forms of life, manifesting as all living things.

.

We are life itself and therefore not separate from God

• We don’t have a life. We are Life. Life is our inner most essence.
• To sense the life within us is to sense God within, to sense our oneness with God. Each of us is divine.
• To experience life as our inner most being is to become at peace with our life situation.

.

We are life itself and therefore one with all living beings

• Love is to sense life, the essence of God, in not just ourselves but every creature.
• There is only One Life and each of us is a bead on its thread.
• Life is a divine river that flows through us all, connecting us all into the greater whole that is God. This web of life is God’s very heartbeat.

.

Life is God experiencing through us

• Life, the essence of God, is conscious awareness in action, creating the power to perceive and thereby enjoy experience.
• Life is none other than God experiencing through all life forms; God coming to know Itself through form
• Therefore, the very purpose of life is to experience it, to allow God to experience life fully through us

.

Loving life, by embracing the now, is to love God

• If God is life, then to love life is to love God which allows life to love us back.
• Therefore, love Life with all your heart and soul.
• The very essence of Life itself is Now, always Now. Therefore, by embracing Now, we love God and become one with God.

.

If God is life, then we know life is inherently good, not just the light but the shade too

• Life is not to be feared. Life is sacred. Life is holy. Life is blessed.
• Life is worthy of great reverence. Reverence for life is at the heart of all true morality.
• To know that life is good helps us hold on when it gets difficult.

.

Life is eternal

• If God us life, then life is eternal. Death is part of life and is therefore also divine.
• Life flows continuously on and continues to exist in the root of things, even when things wither on the surface.

.

If Life is God, then God is that which affirms, energises and empowers life

• Life is energised by giving and receiving, loving ourselves, faith, exploration and discovery, integrity and joy.
• Most of all, life is energised by love. Life, the essence of God, is the flow of love and the expression of this love is the very purpose of Life.

.

Life is creative energy to be harnessed

• If God is life, then life is the energy with which God creates the whole world. This energy, the power of God, is our very life-force, a vital force that transcends physics and chemistry and exists to be harnessed by us and expressed freely.
• We must take care of this precious life force to keep it flowing abundantly especially by bringing our attention to the present moment.
• Realise the power of this life force for health and healing and its immense power to affect the world.

.

Life is the ultimate divine gift

• If God is life, then life is God’s gift of Godself, a gift to be embraced in the recognition that the purpose of life is life itself.
• Our divine purpose becomes no less than to live life to the full.

.

To surrender to life is to allow God to manage our lives

• If God is life, then life contains an infinite intelligence that we can surrender to
• We can learn to trust life especially when we come to realise that life always gives us exactly what we need.
• Let go of the need to control life. Surrender completely to life by surrendering to the now. Learn to flow with life. Ask what Life wants from you and surrender yourself to that. Allow life to live you. Allow life to be in charge

.

Life is a divine mystery

• If God is life, then life is the ultimate mystery, a mystery greater than death, a mystery that cannot be grasped, understood or explained away especially in words or an ideology.
• Life is an unfathomable riddle that cannot be solved though we can have fun trying through science and art while religion often tries to explain it away.
